Don’t buy tires from this company. They said their tires are life warranty, no no no it’s not!!Ihad a flat tired few months ago, when I call to the company I told them I moved out of the state they said no pro, they told me to get a new tires from other shops and will send me a check with my orginal price tires, they said it will take up to 6 weeks to process, and then guess what, it’s took 2 months or so i didn’t hear anything from them,( now is I over 6 months ) every time I called the guy name “rick Hunter” says they are doing the processing and writing a check, i haven had call so many times he keep saying that and he finally put me with another guy name
On our way back home to KY, we picked up a nail in our tire. A quick search located Appalachian Tire. They are fabulous!! They agreed to help us, despite being short handed. They patched the tire in roughly 30 minutes and had us on our way. The gentleman in the "front" was very kind and the lady upfront was a delight to speak with. The gentleman that worked on the car was knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated him for squeezing us in. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in an aggravating situation! Thank you.

Excellent service with honest and accomodating staff and mechanics. I was extremely satisfied with their service; had a simple checkup and the mechanics saw a problem that was easier and cheaper to fix compared to the same diagnosis at another shop. I would highly recommend this place for your car care needs.
“Scott” who was telling me almost the same thing. Every time he said he will call me pback but he never, it was only $65 for the tire !!!- are you freaking kidding me? I’d rather you tell me at the first place you can’t do anything with it cuz I moved better than waste my time, shame on you and your dump company !!!
Great staff and great service even the grandbabies had a great time today they were introduced to the Michelin Man.
