These apartments and townhouses have a nice, comfortable layout, the complex is well-kept, and the surrounding area is safe. I lived in one of the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments, which I found to be just the right size for one individual. The complex is also within walking distance to WVSOM (which is a definite plus for medical school students) and close to downtown Lewisburg, Walmart, Lowe's, and a few restaurants. Both managers (and I say both because I transitioned between two) had been very quick to help whenever I had some sort of maintenance problem or locked myself out of my apartment, which I greatly appreciated. However, do be aware that the walls between the apartments and townhouses are relatively thin, a washer and/or dryer are not included, and the rent, which does not include electric, ranges from $800-$1000, depending on the unit. Overall, though, my experience living here has been a good one, and I would definitely recommend this complex to prospective tenants.
