The staff I dealt with at this store were rude, clueless about installing a SIM card, and hit me with a previously undisclosed fee AFTER the "courtesy work" for another store was completed. Not a good business practice.

The VerizonWireless retailer at Lewisburg WV does a great job. In the last few weeks I've activated four smart phones and another device with them. They are fast, attentive, and up-front about the processes and fees.
I went in to cancel my contract as Sprint works better where I live and I felt the employees including an older gentlemen were verbally attacking me and calling me a liar saying Verizon has the best service anywhere. Their approach is way off and they need to work on their customer service.
