Do they even exist? I made a reservation for 6:00 pm and I arrived at the airport. No one was at the counter. Waited for a few minutes. The other rental company folks told me, they havent seen them all day and judging by that they didnt think they were going to come. I gladly cancelled it and went with the other company who honored the same price for the same time. Disgusting, basically rent at your own risk, they will likely leave you hanging. Im just glad the other rental company had vehicles to rent out.
Great service at this Alamo. Wes helped me with renting a car and he was really friendly and helped me fond the best deal and he gave me a free upgrade. I highly recommend them. They are located just inside the airport when you come in from the plane.
