By far the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some bad ones before! Stains all over the carpet, walls, and bedding. Mold in the bathroom. Terrible smell. Room was double the price we were quoted on the phone by the time they finished adding all their hidden fees. Very rude staff. If any other room in the area is available, avoid this hotel! Zero stars!
Most in professional staff or owners I have ever met. Was lied to by their internet add and called an got same lie. Arrived there and they jacked up the price when we checked in. The furniture was awful room wasn't totally clean not enough towels or soap not to mention the bugs in the rooms.
Do not do it!! Unfortuantly we had to stay because every other hotel was booked in the town due to a convention. I prepaid online and when I got there the woman insisted that I had to pay cash and I would not be charged on my credit card. Of course a few days later I had a charge from the hotel come up now I am having to jump thru hoops to get my money back. I shouldve known better but we were desperate. Ridiculous. The rooms were gross and the staff was very unprofessional.
I didn't have any problems with the management or the accommodations. Clean. Quiet. I will definitely stay here again.
