Exactly what you would expect at Hardee's. Their biscuits are delicious. If you like other Hardee's, you'll like this one.
Food is good, service is quick, and the dining room is pretty clean as well...
Very good breakfast biscuits. Both the sausage and egg were sparse and cooked into submission, but at least the sausage had some flavor. All in all, the food was worth the price.
Spent $20 on a meal for my wife and I, and they completely messed up the order. I called to let them know and they said not a problem and to come back when ready to have order replaced. Week later I go in and the girl at cash register says she needs to verify with her manager which by the way there was no manager on duty ( she had to call) 5 minutes later she comes back and says her manager told her to offer me one burger from the entire order and that's all I'm allowed. I was dumbfounded and she said that's all she can do unless I want to come back tomorrow and talk to a manager, I said I'm not coming back and to get her manager on the phone. Another 5 minutes and I'm speaking with the manager for another ten minutes while she argues with me about the situation. She finally agreed to cover the meals minus our drinks which we had to pay for. She made me give her my name and number to get to the bottom of what happened, I was completely done. Horrible food/ very bad customer service/ and incompetent management!!!! Do not go to this Hardee's
The cashier, Amanda was so rude to her supervisor right in front of all the customers! However, the food is good as usual. Dining area clean. Bathrooms clean.
Also there burgers taste sweet it's weird
