Highly recommended - Flavorful dishes made with finesse and care. Everything has been well-balanced and textural. The waitstaff is polite and welcoming, making this place one of our favorites.
A hit. Passing through the state and decided a GOOD meal was in order. Everything fresh and at least a 4+. Service is attentive without being pushy for sales. Well worth a detour and the ambience is great as well.
It is a charming place and location. The food was good, but, over priced. Our waiter, from Brooklyn, was charming and attentive. He did a good job although faced with the challenges of tables too closely placed together. Unfortunately, we had to walk through cigarette smoke to enter the front door, both arriving and departing. They use paper to cover the white tablecloths! I found this to be very amusing given the image they are trying to project. They don't clear they unnecessary cutlery once the order is placed and they did not automatically bring plates for the shared appetizers.
Traveling to the Outer Banks we decided to stop in Lewisburg to walk our dog and eat. On our way around the block the owner and Executive Chef greeted us and wanted to meet our dog. The gave her some dog bones and invited us to dine on the patio and assured us Molly was welcome. The mussels we're a suburb appetizer. The Salmon and ravioli entrees were most excellent as well! Ray took great care of us at our table and made sure Molly got plenty of water. Great experience!
Somewhat surprisingly, it's actually an excellent value, as well.
Had an amazing meal here a few weeks ago while staying in Lewisburg for the night. The Charcuterie and Fromage plate was all local, the day line caught Halibut special was out of the world and the wine list was very nicely put together
